"The installer (Chad?) did a fantastic job in removing and replacing my basement carpet by calling the morning of the appointment with an ETA, getting to my house on time, and even helping me move a piece of furniture off the floor that I had not had time to do beforehand. He got the job done quickly and even expertly tailored a cutout in the carpet in a corner around my floor sump pump drain pipe (the presentation of which now looks better than it did previously, hiding the equipment and making the carpet look seamless). A job well done and (for me) another satisfied customer experience with Bisbee's."
